2. Insurance Inspection
Insurance company representative will meet at the shop and thoroughly inspect the damage to the vehicle and review the parts and operations needed to repair your car.
3. Disassembly of Vehicle
Removing parts to replace the damaged components, while also looking for any unforeseen damages. Notify the insurance representative if necessary and continue with repairs.
4. Body & Structural Repair
Cutting out, removal and welding, or straightening of key structural components is accomplished here. Afterwards, replacement body panels are prepped to ensure they are aligned with the up-most professional accuracy.
5. Paint Preparations
In this crucial step we ensure that we have duplicated factory caulking and undercoats, all panels are vigilantly prepped, primed and sealed to ensure proper adhesion when the final color and clear coat are applied to your vehicle.
6. Reassembling the Vehicle
Placement of the body panels, trim, and moldings are installed and aligned with the up-most accuracy. Then we ensure all systems are functioning properly and calibrated to factory standards.
7. Cleaning for Delivery
We perform a through cleaning of your vehicle and conduct an extensive pre-delivery inspection. Once it passes our inspection a final invoice is prepared.
8. Vehicle Delivery
Upon customer arrival, we explain all of the repairs made to ensure the vehicle is factory correct and answer all questions our customers may have. After finishing paperwork our customers leave in their professionally repaired vehicle.
